Optum is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our clinician-led care organization. In this position, you will provide patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health. Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients, focusing on treatment and health promotion.
- Maintain adherence to ethical principles and demonstrate sensitivity to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to drive new practice ideas and initiatives aimed at improving care quality.
- Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care delivery model aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Medical licensure in the State of New Mexico or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
- Total cash compensation at target ranges from $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment, with the actual range and pay mix of base and bonus varying based upon experience and metric achievement.
