We are currently seeking a Private Client Manager II to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, 1st shift position requires a 40-hour work week and offers an annualized salary range of $110,000.00 to $215,000.00, with offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. In addition, this role is formulaic incentive eligible, allowing participants to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics, and is fully benefits eligible with access to paid time off and comprehensive employee support resources.

As a Private Client Manager II, you will be responsible for expanding client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing connections, advising on financial needs, and introducing the full array of Private Bank capabilities. This role may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including federal registry and background check submission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving inflows of new business across all product lines, including Credit, Assets Under Management, and Deposits, into your existing book of business.
  • Leading complex credit opportunities, including structured credit deals, while growing book balances and year-over-year revenue.
  • Acting as the Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and managing the successful delivery of a Branded Client Experience.
  • Partnering with and mentoring Private Client Managers on more complex products and client relationships.
  • Encouraging the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance both the client and team experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners, as well as Centers of Influence, to identify prospective clients.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of successful experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients or equivalent financial services and business experience.
  • Possession of Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses; unlicensed candidates may be considered provided they are willing to obtain the necessary licenses within a standard timeframe of 90 days per exam from their start date.
  • Significant knowledge of banking and credit, alongside a general understanding of investments, trust, and wealth transfer.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, influence, and partnership skills, paired with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Desired qualifications that represent a significant plus include an MBA or Post-Graduate Degree, or professional designations such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD.
