In this vital role, you will provide quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, covering the Tri-City Area and helping individuals regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
As a physical therapist in a home health setting, your typical responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, administering therapeutic exercises and treatments, and educating patients and their families on ongoing care and safety techniques. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and timely documentation of clinical notes.
The estimated salary range for this position is $74,792 per year (with hourly wage estimates noted up to $200.00 per hour depending on the structure and nature of PRN assignments).
