We are seeking a dedicated Product Delivery Lead to join our team in a part-time capacity based in Perth CBD. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful organisation that makes a real difference in the lives of students, educators and communities across Western Australia.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that digital and educational products are delivered effectively to support CEWA’s strategic priorities. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to plan, coordinate and oversee product delivery initiatives. Your focus will be on translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, maintaining clear communication across stakeholders, and ensuring that outcomes align with CEWA’s commitment to quality Catholic education.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in product delivery, project coordination or a related field, with demonstrated experience managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations. You will bring a practical, organised approach to your work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. A genuine interest in education and the mission of CEWA will be important, as will your commitment to working collaboratively and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting the delivery of products and initiatives aligned to CEWA’s strategic directions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to define delivery milestones, manage dependencies and track progress.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Supporting the identification and management of risks and issues that may impact delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing delivery processes and outcomes.
- Ensuring that all activities reflect CEWA’s values and commitment to quality Catholic education.
