BAE Systems is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Owner for an Innovation role focusing on the Edgewing project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing environment, with the primary assignment based in the Reading area. While the role can be contracted to any BAE Systems Air site, a preference is held for Frimley, Camberley. Please note that on commencement, you will be immediately assigned to our Edgewing Joint Venture in the Reading area, with a potential financial support package available to enable this assignment subject to specific criteria.
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, defining product vision, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Translating strategic vision into actionable product backlogs and clear user stories.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, engineering teams, and partners within the Edgewing JV to prioritize features and deliverables.
- Managing and refining the product lifecycle from conception through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
The salary for this position is fixed at £51,393 per year.
