At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. We are currently seeking a collaborative professional for a Product Owner / Product Management Support role within Global Credit Operations (GCO) for the EMEA region, with a corporate title of up to Vice President. Based in our bustling Bromley office—situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs with central London just 15 minutes away by train—this position supports the Product Owner and Product Management function in enabling the delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives across credit and trade-adjacent operational processes, including the implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with senior Product Owners, regional operations leaders, technology, and delivery teams to help translate global product strategy into effective regional execution. You will ensure that EMEA-specific regulatory, operational, and market considerations are fully reflected while operating within a complex, highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of the global product vision and roadmap for Global Credit Operations, with a clear focus on EMEA priorities.
- Translating global product direction into clear, EMEA-relevant features, user stories, and backlog items.
- Partnering with the lead Product Owner or Manager to help manage and refine the backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and ready for delivery.
- Collaborating with EMEA Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to understand regional requirements, constraints, and dependencies.
- Supporting the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities within EMEA credit operations, such as document processing, exception handling, controls automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Contributing to scope and sequencing discussions while participating in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement and sprint readiness activities.
- Reviewing delivered functionality to confirm it meets agreed EMEA business, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Acting as a connection point between global product teams and EMEA stakeholders to support alignment, openness, and adoption.
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- Experience supporting Product Owners or Product Managers in enterprise or financial services environments.
- Working knowledge of Global Credit Operations, Trade Finance, or related banking operations within the EMEA region.
- Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven solutions in regulated operational settings.
- A proven ability to organize complex information, apply analysis, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Comfort working within a global, matrixed delivery model alongside clear and thoughtful communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or scaled Agile environments.
