Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and proactive Production/Maintenance/Repair/Facilities Supervisor/Lead to join our Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering (RME) team in Newnham, Daventry, UK. This is a full-time position with a set annual salary of £41,203. Within our RME team, you will play a central role in Amazon’s ongoing commitment to operational innovation, ensuring that our tools, technologies, and facilities continue to adapt and evolve alongside our business.
As a key member of the team, you will help us stay one step ahead by adopting the latest industry technologies and identifying new, efficient ways of working. You will pay close attention to our daily processes to help maintain our high standards of safety and operational excellence, and you will put in place important upgrades to support our facilities and equipment.
To be successful in this role, candidates should bring a strong background in maintenance, repair, production, or facilities management, along with leadership or supervisory capabilities. Typical day-to-day responsibilities for this position generally include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily maintenance, repair, and facilities operations.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and equipment reliability.
- Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining high standards of operational compliance.
- Assisting with the installation, servicing, and upgrading of facility systems and technologies.
