As a Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical and trauma needs. Your daily duties will typically involve monitoring patients’ vital signs, administering medications, managing specialized medical equipment, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and educating patients and their families throughout the recovery process.
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold an active RN license and possess the clinical skills necessary to assess and respond to changing patient conditions in a progressive care and trauma setting. A strong dedication to patient advocacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential for success.
