Vitil Human Resources is recruiting on behalf of MDM Crushing and Screening Pty Ltd for a part-time Project Manager – Crushing & Screening to join the team based in Perth CBD, Perth. MDM Crushing and Screening Pty Ltd is a proudly Aboriginal-owned business delivering specialised crushing and screening contracting services across diverse regions and remote environments. Founded on a vision of combining technical excellence with cultural integrity, the company has rapidly established a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and community impact. MDM operates state-of-the-art new Metso Mobile crushers and screens complete with Wi-Fi remote control and rockbreaker capabilities, allowing for efficient operations in the field.
In this part-time Project Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing crushing and screening operations, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring that technical standards and cultural integrity are maintained across all deliverables. You will work closely with field teams and stakeholders to manage resources safely and effectively, drawing on the company’s advanced equipment fleet.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing crushing and screening project lifecycles from planning through to completion
- Coordinating logistics, equipment deployment, and on-site activities using modern Metso mobile processing systems
- Ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards across all project sites
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and reliability
- Supporting MDM’s mission by integrating cultural integrity and community impact into everyday project execution
To be successful in this role, you should bring strong project management capabilities, ideally within the mining, civil, or crushing and screening sectors. A background that demonstrates leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to safe, high-quality operations will be highly regarded.
