Novotech is currently seeking a mid-level Project Manager for Early Phase Clinical Trials to join our team, with this position based out of the Melbourne CBD in Melbourne. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving clinical trial operations forward while working with a dedicated and professional life sciences team.
The Project Manager – Early Phase is primarily responsible for the planning and management of all contracted responsibilities for assigned early phase projects and acts as the primary contact between Novotech and its clients. You will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that clinical trials are delivered in accordance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Serving as the main point of communication and liaison for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Planning, tracking, and managing early phase clinical trial activities from initiation through to close-out.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operational delivery.
- Monitoring project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.
