Levande is currently seeking a talented and driven Project Sales Principal to lead the sales success of two exciting premium developments located in Bentleigh East and the surrounding Glen Eira area, including Brighton East. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be entrusted with guiding prospective purchasers through every stage of their buying journey, from initial enquiry all the way through to final settlement. Beyond direct sales execution, you will play a key collaborative role in shaping the broader commercial strategy for the developments.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Managing the end-to-end sales process for premium residential developments, ensuring conversion targets are met or exceeded.
- Providing exceptional, tailored guidance to purchasers from their very first enquiry, through contract signing, and up to settlement.
- Contributing valuable market insights to discussions surrounding pricing strategies, product mix optimization, and upcoming release phases.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales activities with overarching project goals.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the local property market in Bentleigh East, Brighton East, and the broader Glen Eira region.
