Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Managing a designated portfolio of residential properties with a high level of accuracy and care

- Coordination of routine property inspections, maintenance, and necessary repairs with trusted contractors
- Processing lease agreements, rental payments, and maintaining up-to-date property records
