Cross Border Talents is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Lead to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality of our software deliverables by guiding quality assurance processes from inception to delivery within dynamic project environments.
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the overall project scope and phase-wise requirements to ensure all testing efforts align with project goals. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders during requirements gathering, analysis, and definition stages to identify potential risks and quality bottlenecks early on.
You will be tasked with defining and executing a comprehensive test planning strategy. This includes designing robust regression strategies, planning non-functional testing activities, and overseeing functional testing following integrations and customizations.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role include:
- Analyzing project requirements and contributing to phase-wise testing definitions
- Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Designing and managing regression testing approaches
- Planning and overseeing non-functional testing initiatives
- Executing functional testing post-integrations and system customizations
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to resolve defects and maintain quality standards
