HEXhire is a reputable machinery hire company recognized for service excellence, reliability, and deep construction industry knowledge. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team on a full-time basis in the Adelaide Region, South Australia.
In this role, you will play a key part in our construction projects by providing accurate financial and contractual guidance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing comprehensive cost estimates at various stages of construction projects, covering feasibility studies, early cost advice, and pre-tender pricing.
- Developing accurate labour and plant cost assessments to support project planning and financial forecasting.
- Providing clear, reliable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders based on thorough financial analysis.
- Assisting with tender preparation, documentation, and the overall procurement process.
- Collaborating closely with project teams and management to ensure projects remain financially aligned with objectives.
We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to cost management within the construction and machinery hire sectors. A keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities will be essential for success in this position.
