Killard Infrastructure Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an immediate start on a full-time basis, located in the Rhodes, Canada Bay area. We are looking for a dedicated professional who holds relevant industry qualifications and brings recent, hands-on employment experience in cost planning and project estimation.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and within budget. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Estimating and monitoring construction costs for both current and future projects
- Reading and evaluating technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Preparing comprehensive cost estimates and detailed project budgets
- Assisting with the preparation of tenders and the overall tender process
- Identifying and assessing required materials, manpower, and equipment
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to support ongoing cost control
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement processes, and contract administration. Your ability to interpret technical documentation and manage project finances with precision will be essential.
