Abrazo West Campus, located in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Radiology Technologist for a full-time day position. As part of our healthcare community, you will play a vital role in providing comfort, healing, and high-quality care to our patients.
In this role, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established departmental policies and standards. Responsibilities include conducting a variety of technical exams that require independent judgment to apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnoses. You will also be responsible for participating in on-call procedures when indicated, as well as handling surgery cases and pain management procedures. Additionally, functional supervision will be exercised over students.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal communication skills, enabling them to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and effectively exchange information with patients and clinical staff.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Completion of a JRCERT-approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
- Preferred Experience: Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience.
- Required Certifications and Licensure: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT) certification, and CPR certification.
An eligible candidate may qualify for a bonus of up to $15,000.
