Hesperia World is seeking a professional and welcoming Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa in Las Palmas. This role is central to the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for our clients and ensuring a seamless journey through our wellness facilities.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, greeting every guest with warmth and professionalism. You will act as a brand ambassador for the spa, maintaining a deep and comprehensive knowledge of our entire service menu, including all treatments, product components, benefits, and specific usage guidelines. Your expertise will allow you to effectively inform guests about our offerings, schedules, rates, and current promotions to enhance their visit.

Key duties and activities include:

Providing high-quality customer service and welcoming guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
Actively promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
Maintaining expert knowledge of all spa treatments, product ingredients, benefits, and service protocols.
Managing the spa reservation system, including the scheduling of treatments and the coordination of therapist availability.
Handling administrative tasks such as making confirmation calls to guests to ensure organized daily operations.
Informing guests regarding spa rules, operating hours, pricing, and special seasonal offers.
Ensuring all guest inquiries are handled promptly and accurately to maintain a premium service standard.
