Key responsibilities and daily activities typically include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for the shop floor
• Merchandising and creating attractive displays of clothing, accessories, and homewares
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
