Hill Bros. is currently seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a full-time regional truck driving position based out of Meriden in Jefferson County. This opportunity offers competitive full-time earnings ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 per year, with potential annual earnings reflected up to $106,513. As a regional driver with Hill Bros., you will enjoy a consistent schedule designed to get you home regularly. Our drivers typically run for 6 to 8 days before taking their 34 to 48 hours at home, ensuring you are home every week. For those looking to increase their earning potential, additional miles are available if you choose to stay out longer.
Key details of the position include:
- New pay raise featuring $0.65 CPM
- $0.06 production bonus
- $0.01 safety bonus
- Averaging 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week
- Regional operating lanes spanning no further west than Denver, east to Indianapolis, southeast to Atlanta, and south to Dallas (no coasts)
- Mid-week route touchpoints
Responsibilities for this role include safely operating a commercial motor vehicle, transporting freight efficiently across our regional footprint, conducting required pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs of driving hours and duty status, and ensuring all cargo is properly secured. Drivers are expected to adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards at all times.
