Hill Bros. is currently seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a full-time Regional Truck Driver position based in Republic, Greene County. This is an exciting opportunity for drivers looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and regular home time with a reputable carrier.
Position Details and Compensation:
- Annual earnings ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 per year, with listed salary parameters up to $107,047 per year
- New pay structure featuring $0.65 CPM, plus a $0.06 production bonus and a $0.01 safety bonus
- Averaging 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week
- Regional operating area with no coast-to-coast driving (service area extends as far west as Denver, east to Indianapolis, southeast to Atlanta, and south to Dallas)
Schedule and Home Time:
- Home weekly structure: run for 6 to 8 days, then take your 34 to 48-hour reset at home
- Mid-week touch points to help keep you connected
- Opportunities to stay out longer and increase your weekly mileage and overall earnings if desired
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience required
- Valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
