As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in the recovery journey of individuals requiring rehabilitative care. You will be responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality clinical care, monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient in your charge.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing comprehensive, compassionate nursing care tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation plan
- Assessing patient conditions, documenting vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care and ongoing health management
- Maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients and staff
This full-time position comes with an annual salary of $49,222.
