While certified rehab registered nurse positions and weekend positions are also available, this full-time role comes with a competitive salary of $56,837 per year, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing direct patient care and clinical assessment within a rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitoring patient progress, managing medications, and evaluating clinical outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care, disease management, and recovery strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
