Working within a rehabilitative healthcare environment, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional clinical care and support patients through their small victories every day.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans tailored to individual rehabilitation needs.
- Monitoring patient vital signs, managing medications, and administering treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educating patients and their families on recovery processes, self-care techniques, and post-discharge management.
- Collaborating closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients navigating challenging physical recoveries.
Position details and compensation:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Lonsdale, Garland County
- Salary: $41,042 per year
- Additional Incentives: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for night shift positions.
