As an Antepartum Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key member of our clinical team, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for expectant mothers requiring specialized monitoring and support. The annual salary for this position is $49,342.
Key responsibilities and duties for this position typically include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring the health status of antepartum patients.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
- Educating patients and their families regarding medical conditions, ongoing care plans, and expectations during the antepartum period.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records of all patient assessments and care provided.
- Participating in unit meetings, hospital councils, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to support nursing excellence.
