- Maintaining flexibility to meet short-notice staffing needs across the facility.
- Accepting the possibility of last-minute shift adjustments or cancellations in accordance with program guidelines.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
