Job Summary and Qualifications:
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to medical emergencies within the freestanding ER setting.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure seamless and compassionate patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records documenting patient care, treatment plans, and responses to interventions.
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and rights while actively participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives and shared governance opportunities.
