HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children’s is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse NICU II PRN to join our team in the Glendale area of Denver. As a NICU II Registered Nurse working on a PRN basis, your core responsibilities will typically include:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients based on established clinical nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitoring patient vital signs, managing specialized medical equipment, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating closely with neonatologists, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and patient families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assessing patient status continuously and responding promptly to changes in clinical conditions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records and documentation for all patient encounters.
- Educating and supporting families through the emotional and physical challenges of the neonatal intensive care journey.
This position features an estimated salary equivalent of $90,047 per year, with an hourly wage estimate ranging between $36.50 and $55.25 per hour. The actual compensation offered within this range may vary and is determined by factors such as your specific skill set, years of relevant clinical experience, and internal equity with peers in the same role. Candidates are typically hired below the midpoint of the stated range.
