Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse to join the Ortho 3C team in Turners, Greene County. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the well-being of your assigned patients and coordinate care effectively in collaboration with other hospital departments and direct care providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Evaluating the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers on the unit.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care and treatment plans.
- Upholding strict standards for patient rights, privacy, and the confidentiality of all patient information.
- Performing all daily duties and responsibilities in alignment with Mercy’s mission, values, and operational standards.
