MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, MA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. As part of our community-focused healthcare system, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care and comfort to patients and their families. Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care within our behavioral health unit. Your daily duties will include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a per-shift basis, as well as supervising and delegating tasks to appropriate support staff. You will act as a strong patient advocate and professional role model, utilizing effective interpersonal and communication skills to ensure safe, high-quality nursing practices and proper resource management.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following education and certification requirements:
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school (academic degree in nursing, such as a bachelor’s or master’s, is preferred).
- Current professional nursing license, registration, or certification as required by the state of practice or policy.
- Current CPR certification.
