Key responsibilities for this role typically include the following:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
- Monitoring patient vitals and clinical status closely, utilizing advanced medical technology and tracking systems.
- Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
- Educating patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, recovery milestones, and ongoing health management.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
