Menorah Medical Center is hiring now for a Registered Nurse (RN) / Clinical Nurse Coordinator Pain Clinic to join our team in Stanley, Johnson County. In this role, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions within the unit or department during the designated shift. You will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to maintain clinical excellence, support patient outcomes, and facilitate smooth daily operations within the pain clinic.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Delivering and overseeing direct patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Coordinating daily clinical functions, workflow, and patient flow during your designated shift.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Assessing patient needs, monitoring responses to treatments—particularly pain management interventions—and documenting care accurately.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Mentoring and supporting unit staff to foster a positive, collaborative, and professional clinical environment.
