Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – PRN

As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) in home health, your core responsibilities will include:

• Administering skilled nursing care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.
• Educating clients, family members, and other members of the healthcare team regarding ongoing care needs.
• Operating under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
• Problem-solving effectively and addressing issues related to the delivery of home-based healthcare.
• Maintaining a flexible work schedule to meet client and branch needs.

To qualify for this PRN Registered Nurse position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing license in the state where you intend to work.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, paired with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Possess a solid understanding of home health care delivery issues and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain a current driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
