Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Telemetry unit. As part of our healthcare community, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting the health and well-being of the individuals and families we serve.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care within a state-of-the-art facility. Your daily duties will include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. You will also oversee and supervise clinical staff to whom patient care tasks are appropriately delegated, serving as a role model and strong advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care to telemetry patients
• Collaborating with healthcare teams and supporting the CNO to ensure proper resource management and clinical competency
• Demonstrating effective interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining a compassionate environment focused on healing and clinical excellence

Qualifications for this role include:

• Graduation from a state-approved or accredited school of nursing (academic degree in nursing, such as a bachelor’s or master’s, is preferred)
• Current professional nursing license, registration, or certification as required by law, regulation, or state policy
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen
• Compliance with applicable mandatory workforce vaccination requirements or approved exemptions
