Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Telemetry unit. As part of our care community, you will play a vital role in helping to improve the health and well-being of the patients and families we serve by delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare in a friendly and supportive environment.
In this position, you will provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift and unit level. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as supervising and delegating tasks to appropriate staff members. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality nursing practices, support resource management, and act as a professional role model and advocate for the nursing discipline.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Graduation from a state-approved or accredited school of nursing (academic degree in nursing, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree, is preferred).
- Current professional licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by state law, regulation, or policy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
An eligible sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 may be available for qualified candidates.
