Arriba Group is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist, Rehab Counsellor, or Social Worker to join the team on a full-time basis in South Launceston, within the Launceston area. This position operates from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, and offers flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the return-to-work process for injured workers. Working within an award-winning workplace environment, you will deliver high-quality, client-centred services that align with both company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities for the Rehabilitation Consultant include:
- Managing complex rehabilitation cases from commencement to successful resolution
- Liaising effectively with multiple stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and insurers
- Conducting regular workplace visits and ergonomic or task assessments as required
- Developing and implementing tailored injury management and return-to-work plans
- Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work, along with appropriate professional registration or eligibility for membership with your respective professional body. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, an empathetic and client-focused approach, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
