Relationship Banker – Paradise Valley – Spanish Required

We are currently seeking a dedicated Relationship Banker for our Paradise Valley location in Las Vegas, NV, with a mandatory requirement for bilingual Spanish language skills.

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, having meaningful conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, and connecting them to appropriate solutions that meet their financial goals. You will also manage financial center traffic, scheduled appointments, and outbound calls effectively while upholding the bank’s strong risk culture and operational excellence.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish to engage a diverse client base
• Ability to educate clients on self-service banking technologies and digital platforms
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Commitment to following established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and ability to travel to nearby financial center locations as needed

This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity working 40 hours per week at the Paradise Valley financial center located at 1077 E Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV. The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $27.88, with final offers determined based on relevant experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary, is not incentive eligible, and is currently benefits eligible, offering access to paid time off and industry-leading employee resources and support.
