Rental agent

domestiko.com is currently seeking a dedicated Rental Agent to join our team in the Sant Boi de Llobregat area, conveniently located near the Barcelona airport. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and professional rental experience from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized and attentive customer service to all clients.
• Managing vehicle reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Promoting and selling additional products, insurance coverage, and service upgrades.
• Formalizing rental contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Handling the physical handover and reception of vehicles.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

• A high level of proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a sales environment or within the car rental sector.
