In this dynamic customer-facing position, your typical responsibilities will involve supporting our residents from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay. You will help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment.
Key responsibilities for the Resident Experience Team Member include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, providing friendly, prompt, and professional assistance.
- Assisting with the onboarding process, including welcoming new residents and helping them settle into their homes.
- Collaborating with the wider team to plan, coordinate, and host community events and activities that encourage resident engagement.
- Handling general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations within the property.
- Reporting maintenance requests and ensuring common areas meet high standards of presentation and safety.
