As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead your team with authenticity, coming to work to be yourself while helping others make something of themselves. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive performance, and foster a welcoming environment for both team members and customers.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Leading, coaching, and developing the restaurant team to reach their full potential
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handling financial performance, including tracking targets, managing costs, and driving sales growth
- Creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where everyone can bring their true selves to work
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per year.
