We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Fetcham, Leatherhead. In this role, you will lead your restaurant team with authenticity, drive business performance, and foster a welcoming environment where everyone can be themselves and make something of themselves.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of £38,000 to £42,000.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this leadership role include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Managing, mentoring, and developing team members and shift supervisors to build a high-performing team
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and financial performance against established targets
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and security standards
- Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control effectively to minimize waste
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and energetic workplace culture true to the KFC brand
