We are looking for people who are original, individual, and fresh to join our team in Ash Green, Aldershot for a full-time Restaurant General Manager position.
As a Restaurant General Manager with KFC UK, you will come to work to be yourself and to make something of yourself. You will lead your restaurant team with passion, guiding daily operations to ensure our guests receive the exceptional service and quality they expect. Key responsibilities for this full-time role include:
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the restaurant team to deliver outstanding operational performance and guest satisfaction
- Managing daily restaurant operations, including food safety standards, cleanliness, and stock control
- Driving business growth, profitability, and meeting financial targets set for the location
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members and shift managers to build a strong pipeline of talent
- Creating a positive, inclusive working environment that reflects the bold and original spirit of the KFC brand
