We are looking for an original, individual, and fresh Restaurant General Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Barlby, Selby.
As a Restaurant General Manager with KFC UK, you will lead your restaurant team with passion and authenticity. In this vital leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest experiences the high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness that our brand is famous for around the world.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this full-time role will typically include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing overall restaurant performance, including driving sales growth and maintaining operational profitability
- Ensuring adherence to all food safety, health and safety, and security standards and regulations
- Handling inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling stock levels effectively
- Creating staff schedules and fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment
- Resolving customer inquiries and ensuring every visitor leaves with a great impression
