We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant located in Kingsfold, Horsham. In this role, you will be at the heart of the operation, driving business performance while fostering a vibrant, inclusive team culture. The salary for this position is £38,000 to £42,000 per year.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Driving sales growth and profitability through effective local marketing and operational excellence.
- Controlling labour and food costs in alignment with company targets.
- Fostering a positive, high-energy work environment where team members are encouraged to be themselves and grow.
