We are looking for people who are original, individual, and fresh to join our team in Stenigot, Louth as a full-time Restaurant General Manager.
As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be a key leader in our business, bringing your authentic self to work every day and helping your team make something of themselves. We are looking for someone ready to take charge of daily restaurant operations, drive performance, and foster a culture where everyone feels valued and encouraged to grow.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Driving sales growth, controlling costs, and meeting financial targets to ensure business profitability
- Creating staff rotas, managing stock levels, and handling administrative duties efficiently
- Fostering an inclusive, energetic work environment that aligns with the KFC culture
