Key responsibilities for this position typically include:

Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Leading, training, coaching, and developing restaurant team members and shift supervisors.
Monitoring financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and sales targets.
Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, food safety, and security standards.
Resolving customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Fostering a fun, collaborative, and motivating team culture aligned with the Taco Bell brand values.
