In this customer-facing role, you will act as a brand ambassador for Optus, engaging with customers to understand their connectivity needs and recommending the best mobile, broadband, and digital solutions. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional in-store service, building rapport, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported. Collaboration and communication are at the heart of what we do.
Key responsibilities and what you can expect in your day-to-day include:
- Delivering friendly, customer-centric service to every person who walks into the store
- Assisting customers with inquiries regarding mobile plans, broadband services, and digital solutions
- Working collaboratively with store team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Maintaining product knowledge to accurately advise customers on the latest technology and offers
- Handling transactions and general administrative store duties efficiently
