Pakridge pty ltd is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to join the team on a full-time basis in the Lismore Region, New South Wales. In this role, you will lead operations at BP petroleum Wardell, overseeing the dual functions of a high-volume fuel station and a retail convenience store. This is a critical leadership position designed for a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a diverse team, and achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, maintaining high merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will take charge of leading and supervising team members, fostering a supportive work culture, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring the retail and service team to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of both the high-volume fuel station and the retail convenience store.
- Ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Driving sales growth, monitoring operational performance metrics, and achieving business targets.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from A$80,000 to A$85,000.
