We are offering a competitive salary of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year for the right candidate who can lead our daily retail operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key duties and responsibilities for the Retail Manager may include, but are not limited to:
- Determining the ideal product mix, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and upholding high service standards across the business
- Formulating and implementing effective purchasing and marketing policies
- Managing daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and a welcoming environment for every customer
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
