RKJT PTY LTD is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join the team on a full-time basis, located in the busy regional hub of Kerang within the Gannawarra Area. This position offers a competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year, providing a great opportunity to take ownership of store operations and lead a dedicated team at a local service station and convenience store.
As the Retail Manager, you will play a central role in driving sales growth, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service for every visitor. We are looking for someone who is organized, hands-on, and capable of managing the fast-paced environment of a combined retail and fuel outlet.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store and service station to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Leading, supervising, and training staff members to build a strong, customer-focused team.
- Preparing staff rosters and effectively managing labor costs in alignment with business requirements.
- Monitoring sales performance, profitability, and overall store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handling inventory and stock control, including ordering, receiving, and managing merchandise.
- Upholding company policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines across the site.
