KPTR PTY LTD trading as Nextra Birtinya is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team located at Stockland Birtinya in the Maroochydore area (Warana / Birtinya, QLD). Known for delivering exceptional retail services, we are deeply committed to excellence in customer service and everyday operational efficiency.
This is a full-time opportunity offering an annual salary of A$75,000 to A$85,000. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can lead by example, foster a positive store environment, and drive our retail objectives forward.
Key duties and responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Determining the ideal product mix, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and upholding high service standards
- Formulating and implementing effective purchasing and marketing policies
- Managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries professionally
- Supporting team performance through guidance, training, and leadership
